This is the sign in page where I had everyone make a tag that represents the era they's chosen.

This was Niella's gorgeous layout on the 1930's. Lots of lovely old style collage work. I love the mannequin/doll. The pic doesnt really do it justice.

Next is Rangi's wonderful layout on Ancient. I love the little tags that you pull out and have egyptian symbols, gold fibres and jewels. One of my fav era's too.

This is Kirstin's wonderful layout on the native americans. I have to admit it was not an era that I thought would pop up in my journal. But I am SOOOO glad it did. Thank you Kirstin. I love it and wonder why I hadnt thought of it. I love indian folklore, history paintings etc.

This is Zeetra's very funky and bright layout on the 70's and 80's. I just love the verses she has put on. I will copy them out and put them on a seperate post as they are just so funny. Love the bright fresh colours

This is Tracy's layout on the Victorian era (another of my fav era's). I love how she has used tissues (I think) to achieve the look. A very gorgeous page
This is Shell's layout on the 70's, when she was growing up. What a cute photo of that little girl in the paddling pool (I wonder who that could be lol). Love the multitudes of flowers.
And lastly my own layout. Being indecisive I could not choose one era so I picked ancient egypt and a victorian type era. I love the classic beauty of Vintage Victorian and the majesty, history, culture and art of ancient egypt. I would love to go to either time.So there is my baby. I will post pics of the cover when it is completed (havent started yet as am very busy with swaps etc).
I am so lucky to have been a part of this circle journal as this was the first time I have done something like that. And I will treasure my wee book forever. A huge thank you to everyone that completed pages and also my great thanks for being able to work on your journals as well. It was a wonderful experience and I cant wait for the next one.

What a neat collection of different times... that would have been quite a hard theme to do I think and everyone seems to have done it beautifully.
So cool to see you've joined blog land Rebecca :) Your journal looks great... even better in real life!!! I loved your journal and how everyones pages were so unique :) Looking forward to seeing the cover too!!
Oh I LOVE it.. what a cool CJ and I enjoyed doing it too, bought back many memories for myself...
Wow! Doesn't the finished CJ look gorgeous. It was a fabulous theme - one I wish I'd thought of... the hardest thing for me was choosing which one to do, as a mad keen history buff I had several to choose from. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your CJ and thank you for your own beautiful contribution to mine.
Just gorgeous Rebecca:) Love seeing everyone's work of art as I was the first to do my page I didn't get to see the rest! Oh what a beautiful journal you have! Well done everyone:)
